<description>Sabrent/Bluesoleil a big fat joke, its not that your OS has a problem with the dongle, its the GUI bluesoleil included as the drivers. As soon as you install the Bluesoleil and reboot it goes to the BS update site and apparently they had Lic issues, anyhow it checks for updates, and automatic, it kills the BS program because of the lic issue.

So really what is required, you buy the dongle, then install the software/drivers it then kills itself, then go to Bluesoleil where they ignore you, then go to Sabrent and they start rambling about try this and this and that then tell you that the OS you have is compatible with the dongle, and that because the OS supports it that your flat out of luck and you need to call or take your comp to your OS manufacturer, or your computer to a tech for repairs. They will also tell you as does the read me file to check the do not auto update in the BS program options, but as soon as you reboot, bye bye anyhow. It checks and kills itself again.

I am to say the least, bitter about my purchase, BUT, not finished with the powers that be at Sabrent and bluesoleil which by the wat are one and the same.... to say that its getting ugly, is an understatement!

I refuse to purchase something that claims to be plug and play, and handed something that kills itself because they cant control the license of their own product. Its not like the Crack/Keygen community just popped up yesterday and the fact they cant keep their own software safe from exploitaion is not and should not be left as the fault of the consumer.

Suffuce it to say, Sabrent/BlueSoleil &quot;have some splainin to do Lucy&quot; i will not forgive or, fade away... onward through the fog!
